Training
In our trainings, you will learn how to independently design, perform and document cleanliness analyses in accordance with the VDA 19.1 standard. Compatibility between VDA 19.1 and DIN EN ISO 16232:2018 (Part 1 – 10) also allows participants to perform cleanliness analyses according to the international standard. During the training, you will learn how to deduce and evaluate measures to prevent recontamination from the cleanliness specification of parts or systems. But it is not just the component, it is also the production process and the supply chain. The VDA 19.2 guide is essential to prevent environmental contamination, from the assembly equipment itself, facilities, production environment, movement of materials and even the personnel and suppliers themselves.
